Pelham Planning Associates is an established town planning, environmental and development consultancy. The practice is an independent, privately owned, firm originally established in 1998.

With extensive experience, the practice specialises in residential, conservation (listed buildings and conservation areas), commercial, rural and agricultural developments in both urban and rural areas in relation to a range of different development types. Projects include housing, commercial, industrial in both urban and rural contexts; town centre retail; rural development and agricultural diversification; domestic development; and environmental assessment.
