2006 – On behalf of W S Atkins and the London Borough of Greenwich. planning appeal for the development of 261 housing units and doctors surgery.
2007 – Major planning appeal into the extension of a mobile home park in Surrey in exchange for the extinguishment of various non-conforming uses in the green belt.
2006 - 2008 – planning appeals on behalf of WS Atkins and Surrey Heath District Council in relation to housing developments. Change of use to a new school for autistic children Betchworth, Surrey from offices.
2009 – planning Appeal and High Court challenge in relation to change of use of a barn to residential.
modern windows2010 – planning Appeal on behalf of Ashtead Residents Association in relation to the development of a supermarket.
2011 - planning Application and Conservation Area Consent for the provision of a church hall and community facilities in Green Belt on behalf of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
2012 - The conversion of a portal framed barn to a Level 6 sustainable dwelling (private client). Change of use enforcement appeal on behalf of Newridge PLC.
2013 – Appeal on behalf of Epsom Ewell BC regarding school facilities.
2014 – Replacement teaching block for a school located in the Green Belt, within the grounds of a listed building and within a conservation area.
2015 – The change of use and redevelopment of a former public house/shop to housing.
2016 – Replacement buildings and redevelopment of a tree surgeons yard in the Green Belt following establishment of the existing use.
